No, while it is not necessary to have a IBBANI Flowers account to shop and purchase items, it is certainly recommended to have one. You can shop and checkout by providing just your email ID.
You can pay via credit or debit cards, cash to the IBBANI Flowers representative when the order is delivered. We will be introducing online payments using credit carts and net banking shortly.
The minimum order is Rs.300.
Delivery charges are applicable. Regular subscription packages offers free delivery charges upto 5 kms.
We always deliver your order in the slot you select when placing the order. Incase there is a problem delivering the order in the slot, we will call you to discuss an alternate slot.

We do offer a priority delivery service at an additional charge of Rs.50 per delivery. Delivery in this model will be done within 2 hours of placing the order. Incase you need your order to be delivered in the priority mode, then please contact us with your order number after placing the order. Also you can book for the delivery service providers while we get your bouquet ready.
We request that you select a delivery slot when you are available at home for the delivery.
If you are not at home, you can ask us to leave the order with your neighbour or at your security gate.

No, There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with IBBANI Flowers. we belive in transparent pricing and the price you see in your cart is the price you pay.

We take our best care to deliver flowers in the best condition. Please call us immediately when flowers are delivered if you find they are damaged.
Contact us of any problems, damages soon after you rewceive the product and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost or refund your amount.
